1. Managing the client’s calendar and helping with scheduling events, and meetings ensuring that everyone has ample time to walk through, there will be no overlap with the client’s schedule.
2. Responding to (some) emails, answer the email that is transaction-related that are permitted by the client to respond from priority to not so priority. Also clearing up client email and setting up appropriate filters. Email management and coordination.
3. Handling bookkeeping – using client CRM for accounting (example: Quickbooks) overseeing client invoices, payables, and accounts related to business. Sending Invoices to customers ahead of the schedule and making sure payables are all settled. Helping to track client income and expenses. Maintain and prepare Spreadsheets
4. Sending out email campaigns using client templates to customers and preparing marketing materials like PowerPoint presentations and business logos.
5. Data entry and cleaning up CRM removing duplicates from client database; segmenting clients into buyers, sellers, homeowners, or other categories. Ensuring contact information is up to date. -
