About me

I am a college graduate and I have 54-month BPO experience where I excel and was always part of the “Top agents” every single month. My first BPO experience was with VXI and handled a Financial account where I was part of the CSR, TSR, and Fraud Protection Team (Email, inbound, and outbound calls) and was transferred to a Telco account which is AT&T where I was part of the CSR and Sales team(Inbound calls). Then I worked with Alorica and the account was Verizon where I was part of the CSR and TSR (Inbound call). I’m an experienced Customer service and Technical support representative. I was trained to read bills and I can explain them very well. I’m good with overcoming objections to avoid cancellation of the transaction, account, services, etc. Lastly, my main objective to my clients/company is to give outstanding results, long-term relationships, and professionalism to my work.
