Hi. I’ve been working as a Process Executive since 2017, then after 2 months I’ve been a Quality Analyst for the account. I’ve been listening to calls then tagging it as a Value Call or a Non-Value Call then sending it to the onshore team in US. Then 2020, I’ve transferred to another department as Data Entry Specialist and I’m doing SEO Boost and Listings and working with the Australian Clients. I’ve been a Process Associate also last 2017 in SLK Global Philippines doing outbound calls.
