    Having a meeting with the client on how to improve the performance of the agents and doing a weekly evaluation to the agent to check if they are doing the right thing on their call. Presenting a call listening session and a calibration so that the Operations, Client and QA’s would be calibrated on how to mark down the agent.

    Assisting the client on the phone on how to reserve car, providing the information on what payment should they be using upon picking up the vehicles and when would they be dropping it off. Cancelling the reservation and proving the client the best pick up date and best offer they could get.
