I am very interested in applying for Customer Service position or at least a Cold Caller, I do have BPO work experience for over 5 years now which are more associated into Customer Service from different lines of business I’ve been in TELCO, Billing, Phone Tech Support, Internet, TV, Retail or even up-selling and lastly, I was with ProSo Virtual Assistant worked as Cold Caller Agent from one of the Lender Company in US which is AllState Fund Pros, working in this industry is quite challenging that would stretch your patience, please allow me to join in your team and will discuss it further more from my experienced which I am wanting to share it as soon as possible to you guys.
