My passion for customers drives me to work in a field where a great deal of interaction occurs. During my ten (10) years stint as a Human Resource Supervisor and Customer Service Representative, I have dealt with customers’ needs via back-office support, phone support, and email support. My knowledge of SEO and WordPress Management allows me to help my customers grow their businesses through E-Commerce. To expand my professional career and provide more services to my customers, I enrolled in a Virtual Online Class Academy to increase my knowledge and enhance my skills. In addition to my skills and knowledge as an Amazon Virtual Assistant and Lead Generation Specialist, I offer my services to my clients who require both a person who can do clerical tasks as well as a person who is passionate about the work to help them reach their goals. My focus and dependable nature make me an asset to any company. Communication is the key, hence I always update my client as needed. I set up a proper time management system to follow to complete each project on time. I am a goal digger who is eager to learn new skills and broaden my horizons.
