I am a general admin assistant with 2 years of experience who carries out special projects assigned and online marketing. I am a university graduate (applied linguistic major) but with a background in social media marketing, appointment setting, email management, bookkeeping (Xero & Reckon One), technical writing(blogs), managing CRM (MailChimp & active campaign), updating website & check SEO (WordPress), create landing pages, research content for promotional, project management (Teamwork projects & Asana) and marketing workflow system (zapier for apps integration). Furthermore, I’ve worked for 2 years as a customer liaison, I delivered good customer service skills through outbound and inbound calls, social media platforms, chat, and email support.
