2022 - Present
Providing assistance to the patient over the phone by processing and setting up home deliveries with their specialty medication. And was cross trained the helped the new process of processing claims by checking and routing them to the appropriate department.
2018 - 2022
Providing excellent customer service by means of taking escalation calls requested by the customer in handling their requests such as processing a refund, replacing the order, and or providing some gift certificates. And was given a chance to handle the team and provided adequate support by means of giving some one-on-one coaching sessions; submitting some administrative tasks such as attendance document, leave report. average handling time report and such.
2017 - 2018
Provided technical support to the customer over the phone by means of doing some step by step trouble shooting solution , setting up an appointment with the field technician for newly subscribed customer or customer having a hard line/hardware problem.

Assisting customer that are making payments, waiving late fees and wanting to have their house title.
