My name is Jane Claude Garcia and I have been with the call center industry for more than 7 years. The accounts I have handled so far include inbound sales and outbound telemarketing and a customer service for a telecommunications company. I also handled medical accounts where I make calls for patient to check and remind them with their appointments , and do admin task such as billing and scdedule audit.

In all these years, I have developed my customer service skills , learned various sales strategies. I am a dedicated and diligent person who takes good care of following the tasks until completion.

Being blessed with 3 beautiful children is my life’s greatest achievement. They are the reason why waking up everyday still something to look forward amidst the situation that we didn’t end together with their father. Life never been easy since then. My soul lying inside the cage of my body is my strength, my power and my guiding force. It is my soul which governs my feelings, emotions, passions, ideas and thoughts.

Since my goal and aim in life is to get a good paying job, start business and have that financioal freedom to provide a decent life for my kids.
