Hi, I am Jellie Esperas, I worked in the bpo industry for more than 4 years now as a Customer service Specialist, Technical Support, and Sales Advisor. Mostly I handled telco accounts in the US for businesses and consumers. I believe that my knowledge, expertise, and skills will be applicable in handling different fields especially since I am starting my journey in a Freelancing world or working from home.

Customer Service Specalist
Handling business accounts for Telco which is T-mobile, working on business accounts wherein if there is any problem with the services technically, billing issues, or other concerns personally we are the ones who help them. As Specialists, we make sure that we can provide the best resolution to our clients and also build relationships with them to make sure that they are happy with their services. And since this is for business we also work on their bills, especially if there are unfamiliar charges on the bank we help them to call their bank to check with them what happened.
2021 - 2022
I handled the telco accounts for AT&T is the US as a Sales Advisor, mainly we resolved customers issue technical or personal problems with their services to make sure that their services is working. Look for an opportunity to get customers to buy in to have an upgrade if it’s necessary so they can take advantage of promotions or sell them devices or services that will give them benefits as well.
2020 - 2021
I handled mortgages wherein we are calling clients that are interested in selling their property or doing a mortgage once we have validated that they are eligible we will transfer them to our licensed agents or insurance.
