Hi,
This is my first time applying as a virtual assistant and I am looking forward to joining your team.
I’ve been working for almost 6 years as a Customer Service Representative and I do have experience in answering emails, data entry and I’ve been part of an Incident Identification Team where we are making sure that urgent and non-urgent cases are sorted and handled precisely as negligence in doing so could put the customer’s safety at risk and with that, I learned to be vigilant in the task that I am doing. I can also type at least 55 WPM.
