About me

Knowledgeable Team Manager for 4 years of experience, primarily manage the daily activities of my members. My role includes setting targets, implementing guidelines, and supporting employees to solve any issues that may arise. It is our duty to make sure that the team’s objectives are  fully understood by all members and that they work closely to fulfill them. To manage the team, we may utilize certain principles, such as the SMART principle. We also train members to see to it that their goals are distinct, measurable, attainable, and timely.

    The tools that we’re using is, BLKN, Confluence, Portalo, Nest, Quick Frodo, Google.
