About me

I am a full-time Teller/Universal Processor for BPI Direct BanKo Inc., A Savings Bank, which is 100% subsidized by the Bank of the Philippine Islands. The role mainly focuses on providing direct assistance to customers by accepting cash deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, new account openings, and other tellering functions. I have extensive knowledge in bookkeeping, cash handling and balancing, account consolidation, and financial reporting. I have an eye for detail and has excellent analytical skills.

In addition, I have also worked as a Chat Support for Amazon.com for one year and a half. I was responsible for handling customer concerns and inquiries, providing resolution to issues by processing returns, refunds, replacements, and/or order tracking and update.

    – Responsible for providing direct assistance to customers by accepting deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, new accounts opening and attending to inquiries in relation to the bank\’s product and service.
    – Service account opening requirements and perform Tellering functions for SEME and walk-in customers while ensuring compliance with internal regulatory policies and guidelines.
    – Conduct in branch selling following the BPI-Selling technique.
    – Assist the branch in generating and enhancing relationships with the identified target market.
    – Acts as vault custodian when not performing Tellering functions.

    – Acted as temporary Quality Assurance Analyst from September to December of 2017.
    – Trained and handled new hires to ensure compliance with company standards, making sure they bring the WOW in every contact.
