People fondly call me Max or Maxene when I joined the BPO Industry 12 years ago. I am extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. A homegrown and sharpened leader who have handled 2 of the biggest US Telecommunication companies/ accounts. I started as an agent wayback 2011 then got promoted as a Team Manager in 2014 then finally worked my way up as an Operations Manager last Exceptional communication and client solution skill particularly during visits, calibrations calls and business review discussions. Successful working in a big and keep-changing team environment, as well as independently; spearheaded projects and advocacies that contributed success to the program.Equipped to provide in-depth and profitable root cause analysis, data analytics, strategies, action plans and processes in order to help the account thrive for success and business growth & stability.The ability to work under pressure & multi-task and follow instructions & deliver quality results.

Operations Manager
As an Operations manager I apparently manage the overall operations of the program on a day to day basis which includes’ Performance, Revenue and Productivity. I am trained to interact with Clients and Partners specially for Performance Discussion and Business Reviews. I have a strong data analytics and problem-solving skills that helps me come up and provide business intelligence inputs/ insights. I recommend action plans and processes and introduce out of the box ideas. I am also trained how to effectively coach Team Leaders and even agents to ensure their success.
