I am a former Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. In the past five years, I have been answering calls, Assisting new hire agents and Facilitating a class for training. I believe that the skills and experiences have acquired make me a suitable candidate for a position in your company.
Customer service representative is not just answering calls but also making your callers satisfied and happy with their concerns. Giving a satisfactory service will make your company grow as the caller can introduce this to their family, friends and business partners. I have been a trainer for new hire agents in the company. Being a trainer you’re not just training the new hire agents but also you need to answer emails and client calls. Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement. Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
