Assists the department head in coming up with ideas and strategies for all marketing campaigns and promotional activities as well as managing all social media platforms, coordinates and schedules partner presentations and facilitates onboarding classes for the Marketing Department on our zoom platform for our Loan Officers. Manages emails for marketing that caters to our ticket requests, marketing materials requests, and our general inquiries, assist Loan Officer concerns in our Marketing Zoom.

Respond to the voicemails, corresponds to emails, manage monthly bills, and set up utility turn-on and turn-off of managed properties. Communicate and coordinate with other staff members to assist with the day-to-day tasks of the company.
