About me

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Economics. I worked at a government financial institution for over 15 years, where I learned about customer service, data entry, loan processing, and sales. I also worked as an Executive Assistant in the United Arab Emirates for two years, reporting directly to the company’s owner. I was in charge of some administrative duties, as well as people management, as well as email and schedule management.

 

In addition, I worked as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a start-up company, an insurance broker, and a real estate broker. In this position. I used apps like Slack, Discord, Asana, Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Forms. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office, Calendly, Microsoft 365, and Outlook. I recently completed a short Graphic Design course to improve my skills as a Virtual Assistant.

 

As a virtual assistant for a real estate broker, I collaborated with Loan Processors to provide required documents to clear the file for closing. I also performed loan calculations and interacted with clients/customers to obtain documents required to process the loan.

Currently, I am employed as an online ESL teacher for students from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. I teach students the fundamentals of English conversation.
