My name is Maria Carmel Comeros, 29 yrs old. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I have been working as a Call Center Representative for over 5 years and an experienced Virtual Assistant for almost two years and during those time, I’ve developed impeccable phone manners and the ability to politely deal with different clients. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.

2020 - 2022
I was part of the Onboarding Team. I assist the new clients in setting up their accounts. Ensuring the client shave all the log ins and tools that they need to succeed in their first few weeks in the company. Emailing new clients with details about the company and the things that they need to do or complete, executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey. Also I have been a Customer Service Specialist for more than 5 yrs, I was with JP Morgan Chase, Telephone Banking Department, where I assist clients with regards to their transaction inquiries. Processed overdraft fee refunds if eligible.
