     Documents to manufacturing and other operating departments. Attends basic documentation needs of an organization

     Coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure, in-cluding processing technical documents, drawings and documental cor-respondence.

     Prepares and maintains traceability records of all reports.

     Inputs document data into the standard registers/traceability ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

     Generates the various document control reports as required.

     Maintains the documents and drawings in the Document Control Centre under safe custody without any damage or deterioration and with easy traceability.

     Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
