I believe that my strong Customer Service experience and education make me a highly competitive candidate for any position. My key strengths that would support my success in this position include:
I have a very great experience when it comes to Customer Service since I have been working for the BPO industry for 6 years handling Sales, Billing, and Basic Tech.
I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers.
I was able to work with a client for a Credit Repair campaign and doing cold calling and managing their Social Media Accounts.
I was able to work with a Real Estate Campaign doing appointment setting and cold calling.
