About me

I am a father of six, married, and enjoy riding motorcycles.
I have been with the BPO industry for 18 years.  I started with Ambergris Solution, one of the first call centers in the Philippines, and the start of my new career took off right after.  I handled different roles and tasks.  From Technical Support, Customer Service Associate, Finance and Banking to Sales.
The early part of this career immediately gave me the opportunity to step up and take a leadership role as a Supervisor and be chosen to launch Telus International Philippines.  Further n my journey, I supported different Products, Solutions, and Enterprises, learning and developing my skills in all aspects of the roles.
The last BPO company I joined was Reed Elsevier Shared Services, where I took another turn in supporting the US and Canadian lawyers as a Technical Representative for Accounting Software Solution.
During the pandemic, I decided to take early retirement with the company and to focus on honing and polishing my interest in WEB DESIGNING and DEVELOPMENT as a freelancer.
I also find my skills very useful taking different contracts as a Virtual Assistant and Account Manager, working directly with Small to Medium Business owners.
I am an expert in my trade skills and still am very passionate about learning a new one.
