About me

I am an experienced transaction coordinator / social media manager / project manager as I used to work for a Real Estate US company. I have the necessary skills and confidently enough to work for a Real Estate Client. I have also worked from being a tech and chat support for a home security company, database manager, and a virtual assistant for a growing furniture business, to a part-time marketing virtual assistant. I am very knowledgeable with Google suite tools, MS Office, Batch leads, and Canva. I am also a Data Science undergraduate student with a computer programming and statistics major, completed only a total of 2 years since I stopped studying for college because of financial reasons.

    I use batch leads to schedule appointments for interested property sellers and push them through my other teammates. I update the number of transactions via MS Excel, take down notes and other important dates through MS Word, and use slack for the team and client communication. I am responsible for the overall transaction management and filling out webforms for customer information.
