My name is Merl Erica Bautista, 25 years of age and a High School graduate. After I graduated High School, I decided not to enter college for the reason that I wanted to earn money on my own and to be independent. Fortunately, it really worked. Well, if you may check my resume, I have been in a different fields of work. I worked as a Sales Clerk in different malls, selling fashion jewelries for over a year. I actually started as a Sales Clerk when I was 13 years old as a part-timer. I took the part time position while I am going to school. After my experience with Sales, I have been into different Resto Bars as a cashier and cook, I really enjoyed a lot talking and serving with willingness to all the customers we had to ensure that the Resto Bar will get an excellent feedback regarding the experience that they had with us. I also worked at an Attys. Notarial Office as a staff, it is quite a challenging job since I need to make sure that all the documents are being done in a timely manner. I curiously entered a gasoline station to work as a Pump Attendant, then I was promoted as a cashier. The exciting part of my job in a gasoline station is that I handle money without any degree from college and this is one of the reason why I am confident to seek other opportunity with other field of work. Multi-tasking at its best because even though that I am already a cashier, I am also helping my workmates by pumping a gasoline to customers vehicle. Until I decided to apply as a Customer Care Representative and fortunately, I passed. I have an experience with local voice and international non-voice accounts, in addition, I have also experience with non-voice sales outbound account. When I was working as a local voice agent, there is a time that I was assigned to do outbound calling to inform customers regarding the system issue and when it will be fixed. Working in a BPO company is really enjoyable for me as I found myself developing my skills on how to interact efficiently with different persons as well as I prove that even the task is not assigned to me, I can definitely perform the role. I don’t have any experience as a Virtual Assistant but I can assure that I can provide quality service once I will learn and master everything with the process, because I know the capacity of how trainable I am.
