About me

I am interested for a part time or full time job to where I can showcase my skills in handling customers. I was with an Insurance company for more than 11 years, there I was trained  to multi-task and handle clients from different walks of life and nationalities.  It also help me improve my communication skills, and  my skills in email correspondences.

This pass few months I spent my time in improving my skills and knowledge in working virtually. I enrolled in different paid online courses and join different on line groups.

    As a customer service associate duties and responsibilities includes attending to clients complaints and queries, answers concerns via email and calls. Ensure requirements submitted by advisors and clients are complete to avoid delays in their requests. posting of payments , Office management is also part of our duties. I also conducted internal audits with other branches.
    When the lockdown started, we continue to serve our clients virtually. And it really helps me improve my skills in email correspondence and my multi-tasking skills.
