About me

I have extensive Customer Service experience and a record of excellent written and oral communication. I have software skills that I’m very comfortable using computers and I am confident in my ability to learn any new programs quickly.

I am skilled at communicating effectively with diverse people across various platforms. In my position as a Customer Service Specialist at Sears Delivery Customer Care and Citibank Cards, I greeted dozens of customers over the phone. I also excel at driving the staff members to exceed goals and encouraging the team to work together for the benefit of the organization. I received recognition from the operations manager for my friendly demeanor, patience, and ability to communicate professionally.

I have worked from home for more than a year and have virtually assisted a variety of clients. I have worked for individual clients.
