I have been in the contact center industry for more than 8 years. And more than a year now in the freelancing world currently working as a credit repair specialist. I’ve worked as a Sales and Technical Support Representative for 3 years supporting internet, phone, and cable services. I’ve dealt with queries about bills, taking payments, and resolving payment disputes, complaints, and refund requests. I have assisted customers in placing orders, upgrading services, and activating/canceling accounts, and I am well-versed in educating customers about deals and promotions related to their needs. I’ve also worked as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years in one of the biggest telecommunication accounts in the US. During that time, I excelled at handling irate and difficult customers. I was a consistent performer, then later became an AGENT OF THE YEAR on our site. I am flexible and can quickly adapt to new work environments.
