Dear Hiring Manager,

I am very excited to see there’s an open position for a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate! I have worked from home for more than six months and have virtually assisted a variety of clients. I have worked for individual clients and corporations. My home office is fully equipped with the standard office equipment needed to execute administrative assignments. Working independently and taking initiative when necessary are traits that I have sharpened as a Virtual Assistant. I am confident I would be a great addition to your team.

I have my expertise using Freedomsoft as my CRM for six months. I am knowleadgeable handling Preforeclosure, Auctions, Empty Nest etc. In addition, it’s also my advantage because I have my experience in real estate properties for two years as a Loan Processor. Doing cold calling to get their documents taht needs to file 10:31 Exchange, do refinance etc. I took minutes during company meetings via video conference, and I honored a 2-hour response time to any form of communication and a 24-hour response time on the days the company was closed. I was always available by phone, text or email.

I have also worked for individual clients that needed specific assignments executed on a regular basis, needed only one assignment completed or had a variety of work available at various times. Time management and organization skills have allowed me to take on several clients and meet time-sensitive deadlines with high-quality work. Effectively communicating has allowed me to always be up to date with my client’s needs and expectations. I also have more than 5 years of experience in administration and customer service within the physical fields of sales.

    INCOMING WIRE for 1031 Exchange
    Receipt the right wire description for the designation file number either its Sales Proceed, Return of Funds, Return of Deposit etc.
    Check the right W9 for the 1031 exchange and make an IBA form that will be submitted to the accounting so the accounting will make an account number and right load amount that I will process to the designated file number.
     Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated information
