About me

I have 1 year and 6 months of BPO experience under Australia’s very known Telecommunication called Optus. My nature of work as a Customer Service Representative is to assess customer’s concern in relation to their billing, financial, and technical issue. As a Customer Service Rep, I always ensure to exhaust all solutions to satisfy customer and to enjoy the service that they’re getting. We consider long lasting customer relationship as our number 1 goal everyday. I’m very hardworking, persevering, and very optimistic in everything that I do. I always makes sure every task given to me with be finished before the said deadline. I’m an organized person and ensures that my schedule are manageable to avoid procrastinating. I also like to work under pressure as I always enjoy facing new challenges for me to improve and grow. I like reading books A LOT. I also find solace in creating short stories, novels or articles. I also fancy watching movies especially movies that contains lots of ideas and wide perspective in life.
