The tasks that I usually do are email handling, inbound/outbound calls, Facebook posting, video editing, Calendly and Google Calendar scheduling, reaching out to clients and even personal errands like shopping. My tasks are depending on what the client wants me to do.

Some of the tools that I was able to use in the past were but not limited to:
-RingCentral and Skype for inbound and outbound calls depending on what is required;
-Microsoft Office Tools for Google Docs for different files needed by the clients;
-Slack, Asana, WhatsApp and Messenger for communication with the team and the clients
– Zoom and Google Meet for video conferences;
– Acuity, Calendly and Google Calendar for scheduling and appointment setting tasks;
-Hubstaff, Time Doctor and Upwork for tracking time when doing tasks
-Wordpress,Kajabi, Click Funnels, Drop Funnels, and Wix for website designing and developing
-Mailchimp and Kajabi for email marketing campaigns
I am flexible and willing to learn. And so, I can assure you that I am able to learn the tools that you and the team are using.

My name is Princess Kate G. Lumejoc. I am 22 years of age from Sibulan, a small municipality in the province of Negros Oriental. I took Bachelor of Psychology in Negros Oriental State University and I plan on becoming a medical practitioner in the near future.
I’m here because I am interested in applying for different job positions that I feel will allow me to grow as a person and an employee. I have been a virtual assistant for more than a year now and the tasks that I usually do are email handling, inbound/outbound calls, Facebook posting, video editing, scheduling, reaching out to clients and even personal errands like shopping depending on what the client wants me to do.
Aside from this, I was also able to work for a BPO company, handling sales and service calls. During the experience, I was able to encounter different people with different concerns. I learned the takes and turns of Customer Service and how to survive it.
I also know a thing or two about telemarketing and appointment setting as I was able to have the chance to work as one for quite some time too particularly handling real estate transactions and agreements.
