I’ve been in the Real Estate Industry since 2018; been employed for only 3 months, then began my journey as a Freelance Property Specialist. Commercial, Residential, Condominium; Rent, Lease, or for Sale. I also did paper works for Estate Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Certified True Copy of Title, Transferring Documents, and Notarized Contracts. I believe that I still have a lot to learn in this field, and I am willing to learn more about Real Estate to be more effective as a Property Specialist.
