Throughout my career, I have gained a strong foundation in multiple jobs such as customer service and leadership skills, including my proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Also, I received some certifications and recognitions while working in the Business Processing Outsourcing Industry for more than 5 years.

 

I have proven to the company that I’ve been with resulting in the growth of the company. In my previous position, I was able to help customers with their concerns and provide contact resolutions whether it came from chat, calls, or e-mails.
