About me

I have been working in a bank for almost a year and my main role is to file a dispute for suspicious transaction and all the transactions that has a discrepancy with the credit card holder. I am also conducting reasonable investigation in order to file the case properly and fighting for a dispute from representment, pre-arbitration and arbitration.
