● Examine documents such as chaining of deeds, deed of trust, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts and agreements in order to verify factors such as property, legal description, ownership, or restriction.
● Searches, analyzes and evaluates records relating to titles of homes and lands.
● Ensure that the ownership of the relevant property has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use.
● Checks for accuracy of all information in the report prior to completion.
