Im shela 24 years old I graduated from holy cross of Davao College, Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, some interesting things about me is I’am very passionate in cooking, since I was HRM graduate I love to cook in my free time, I also have interest in sports, I play badminton every weekends. I began my career as receptionist as a food and beverage attendant at waterfront insular hotel for 5 months contract last June 2019- Dec 2019 and after my contract After contract I work at Remotask as a freelancer tasker or a data analyst what we do is we help an artificial intelligent car to identify objects that the car passes through. I was a  Data Analyst for 2 years, from Dec 2019- April 2021 and after being a data analyst I promoted as onsite trainer a project specialist for 5 months, as a trainer we handle 50-85 taskers onsite per trainer we do the lead to train the newly taskers that we hired orient them and train them for 7days on how to do the task and also we teach them on google sheet where theyre going to sign up and for the attendances on daily basis so that we can monitor their attendance and for the filing of task concerns, and after being a project specialist trainer I promoted as a remote Moderator Team leader from January – July 30 2022 my work experience as a moderator team lead we handle 150 moderator managing google docs, google sheets and air-table and we take the lead to orient moderator taskers on what to do and do oversees a group of moderators and motivates them to do their job efficiently with high quality so that we achieved the weekly targets of the projects, and we cater also their concerns about the task, pay concerns, and other data concerns.
