As an accounting staff, I was tasked to Check Daily Remittance Reports
of both LPG and Gases of multiple sales centers throughout the region
and summarize them for monthly entry and prepare reports and
findings. Matching of deposit slips and disbursement to passbook and
prepare monthly bank reconciliation and journalize reconciling items to
the books. I also conducted monthly and spot audits to Sales Center to
ensure if the internal control procedures were being followed. Other
tasks included processing of Sales center Petty Cash and processing
some of the company’s payables. -
