The Role

• Download and prepare performance reporting using templated deliverables for EOW, EOM, EOY reporting in proprietary analytics tool.
• Check defined list of affiliate sites weekly for valid/invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation.
• Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting correction of compliance violations.
• Semi-weekly BrandVerity check to monitor for TM+ infringements and send outbound templated emails to violators.
• Daily client KPI checks. Check numbers and compare to provided set of guardrails. Flag to Account Manager when KPIs fall outside of acceptable range.
• Process monthly voids/edits and put together monthly recap.
• Assist with publisher list building by searching for contacts for a provided list of publishers.

The Requirements

MUST-HAVE:

• 1+ years of affiliate marketing experience
• Experience with Commission Junction or similar tool
• Experience with Brandverity or similar tool

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience working with multiple clients/brands

GROW-INTO:

• Vet low quality partner applications in Network to reduce analysis time for main team.
• Upload assets into network/platforms, such as templated collateral, creative links.
• Newsletter creation and execution.
• Quarterly review of 10 content sites for FTC compliance.
• Quarterly review of creative on partner sites
• Uphold existing brand standards
