Responsibilities: 

• Experienced Cold Caller who worked in US Campaigns in the past
• Contact businesses or private individuals by phone
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers
• Describe products and or services
• Respond to questions
• Identify and overcome objections
• Take the customer through the sales process
• Obtain customer information
• Obtain possible customer leads
• Maintain customer/potential customer databases
• Follow up on initial contacts
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts
• Lead Management

Qualifications: 

• Great English Communication Skills with little to no accent
• Call handling Skills
• Organizational Skills –  Detail Oriented
• Proactive & Dedicated
• Great Work Ethics
• Time Management 

Requirements: 

• Preferably female with Real Estate experience but not strictly required
• Has BPO experience
• Has Sales experience
• With a bubbly personality and trainable aspect
• Willing to do calls for full-time (8 hours a day)

Rate: 

• $5-$5.50 an hour
• Christmas Bonus
• Paid US holiday day off
