Main Responsibilities:

• Builds harmonious relationships with our potential sellers and establishes rapport with them by actively listening, helping solve problems, and overcoming challenges
• Continuously generates potential prospects for new business from various sources and follows up with leads (who may not be ready yet to sell).
• Maintains organized and updated records for leads
• Responsible for initiating outbound calls, taking inbound calls, handling e-mail communication, and cold calling

Skills Required:

• Strong command of the English language must sound like you are from the US.
• Must have telemarketing, cold calling, and/or appointment-setting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
  Real Estate cold calling experience preferred

• Stable main and backup internet connections and power source
• Quiet workstation
• Cell phone for WhatsApp
• Receptive to feedback and growth-oriented
• Wired USB headset
• Wired Internet Connection with high-speed internet
