We are looking for a Disposition Specialist for a Real Estate Investment Company!

Full-time position

Salary offer: $8 to $10 per hour

Job Description:

Looking to hire a full-time rockstar disposition specialist for a growing and successful real estate investment company. The company is buying and selling approximately 10+ deals per month. They Wholesale, Fix and Flip and buy Rentals.

The dispositions specialist will be helping the team to create and build relationships with new buyers and maintain and grow relationships with their existing buyers.

Here are some highlights of what would make a great candidate for a rockstar disposition specialist:

• Expert English speaking is a top priority. Must have very clear English that sounds like you are from the US.
• Great personality and people skills.
• Being able to build a relationship over the phone is key to this position
• Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding and focusing on building relationships with buyers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new buyers by making calls to add buyers to the list using a script and gathering important information to add them to the CRM. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT for our growth and success. We want to focus on adding MANY more qualified buyers.
• Prepare properties to send email and text blasts to buyers when they have a deal ready for disposition.
• Answer phone calls and texts from interested buyers and coordinate with the team for property walk-throughs or get answers from the team about the property.
• Call our VIP buyers and buyers list after the property has been sent out to find out what their offer would be.
• Negotiate the sales price of our properties with interested buyers.
• Sending assignment contract to the buyer for signing with DocuSign
• Sending an email to escrow with the assignment contract and buyers info

Requirement:

• 5 years+ of experience needed
• Expert English speaking is a top priority. Must have very clear English that sounds like you are from the US.

Compensation will be based on an agreed-upon hourly rate PLUS a bonus for each deal that you close.
