We are looking for someone with experience in overseeing the Daily operations of the  Shopify Store, Working hours are US EST Business hours

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the operations of the Shopify Store
• Provide reports on the metrics (sales, expense, ads, etc.) and is responsible for the overall health of the store/account.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure a smooth run of the business.
• Assist the client’s customers and provide superb customer service

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of  1 – 2 yrs Management experience in Shopify
• With copywriting experience
• Basic image editing and HTML knowledge is an advantage
• Advanced research skills and categorizing products
• Excellent English Oral and Writing skills required.
• Customer Service Experience is a must
