Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant with strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of effective sales and lead-generation strategies and industry best practices.

You will be responsible for the following:
● Social Media Content Scheduling
● Social Media Management
● Social Media Engagement
● CRM Updating / Data Entry
● Preparing Sales Reports
● Calendar Management
● Booking Appointments
● Schedule Sales Calls
● Back Office Tasks
Qualifications for this role include:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or a similar role, preferably
with U.S.-based clients
● Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable
internet connection
● Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, HubSpot,
Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common CRM applications
● Must own a PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, an i3 processor
● Stable internet connectivity at 25 Mbps
