What you’ll do Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could
look like:

• Generate new leads using organic marketing techniques
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to new leads as needed; qualify leads
•  Introduce customers to our financing process
• Collect necessary documentation from clients for submission
• Complete follow-up calls to borrowers to ensure the return of signed documentation
•  Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met
• Monitor and update reports as needed
