We are looking for a Lead Generator!

• Salary Offered: $4 to $5 per hour
• Partime Position
• Following PST timezone

Job Description:

• Builds harmonious relationships with our potential sellers and establishes rapport by actively listening, helping solve problems, and overcoming challenges.
• Continuously generates potential prospects for new business from various sources and follows up with leads (who may not be ready yet to sell).
• Maintains organized and updated records for leads.
• Responsible for initiating outbound calls, taking inbound calls, handling e-mail communication, and cold calling.

Skills Required:

• Strong command of the English and minor Spanish Language
• Must have telemarketing, cold calling, and/or appointment setting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Real Estate cold calling experience

Non-Negotiable  Qualifications:

• Stable main and backup internet connections and power source
• Quiet workstation.
• Receptive to feedback and growth-oriented
• Wired USB headset
• Wired Internet Connection with high-speed internet
