We are looking for a MailChimp Email Marketer to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will manage and optimize email campaigns, build list segments, create email automation, design email templates, run A/B testing, edit landing pages, and monitor and report campaign performance.

The Role

• Set up and execute email drip campaigns  in which copy and creative are from another team
• Pull existing copy and creative and iterate based on existing email templates/designs
• Test and check campaign content
• Maintain a clean contact list and email automation
• Monitor analytics and perform basic performance reporting using the provided templates
• Review and tweak landing pages
• Create and run A/B tests and shift future campaigns based on the results
• Work with the team to turn off campaigns or optimize per given directives
• Connect customers to the right email campaigns
• QA, update flows and triggers as per given directives
• Create funnel metrics dashboards

The Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Mailchimp is a must-have
• Basic experience with Google Analytics is a must-have
• Experience with end-to-end email marketing for a membership community or e-commerce brand is a must-have
• Basic experience with Shield App or similar retargeting tool platform is a nice-to-have
• Experience with Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have
• Experience with Convert Kit performance marketing tools is a nice-to-have
• Must be tech-savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and complete deliverables promptly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
