We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate creates and manages digital campaigns across all social media platforms. Furthermore, this teammate monitors the analytics and generates reports for campaign performance.

The Role

• Manage digital campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube in which parameters are provided
• Monitor analytics and adjust accordingly based on given prescriptive direction and ongoing oversight
• Templated reporting and dashboarding
• Compile old data and present data in slide format in which a template and prescriptive direction are provided
• Collect new data using Iterable (CRM) and present it in slide format
• Provide basic insights and trends on core reports

The Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads
• Experience with Google Suite is a must-have
• Experience with Asana, Notion, or other similar project management tools is a must-have
• Must have basic experience with Looker or similar analytics tools
• Preferably with 1+ years of experience in TikTok and YouTube Ads
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads (Google Display, Google Tag Manager, Google Paid Ads) are nice-to-have
• Basic experience with Google Analytics is preferred
• Basic experience with Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Iterable, and other similar platforms is preferred
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models (i.e., Rockerbox) is a nice-to-have
• Should be detail and goal-oriented, responsive, proactive, and prompt with deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
