The Role:

• You will engage with prospects through outbound communications through LinkedIn.
• You will set up appointment calls from leads and set up meetings for a potential sales deal. You will be trained to follow the sales process and the essential details of our products and services.
• You will communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities.
• You will schedule a meeting between the decision-makers and our sales representative.
• You will respond to communications promptly, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings, and manage work calendars.

The Requirements:

• Must exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to build an authentic rapport with people
• Must have experience with MS Office, GSuite, or similar office software
• Must have experience with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
• Experience with Reply.io or similar a nice-to-have
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a nice-to-have
• 1+ experience as an Appointment Setter/SDR
• Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently
• Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales (preferred but not required)
