Job Description

Hey, you! Are you what we’re looking for? We are in need of an Account Manager

Responsibilities:
• Set up appointments and do online presentations and zoom with clients etc.
• Research, build, cultivate, and improve a list of leads
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Work with Marketing team to assist with strategy, creation and implementation of current/future marketing campaigns
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Do research and verify the contact information of prospects/leads
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Sales and lead generation

Qualifications:
• Has 1-3 years of experience working in the software as a service (SaaS) space with a focus on generating high-quality leads.
• Experience communicating via telephone, online meeting tools, and small and large groups.
• Should be familiar with at least one CRM system, such as Hubspot, Freshsale, Monday, Pipedrive, etc.
• Proven track record of high performance and achieving goals.
• High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.
• Detail oriented, sales-experience,, driven, and tenacious.
• Results oriented and great at multitasking
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
