We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Manager with proven experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns. The Senior Social Media Manager will collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure the brand’s social media presence is consistent with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives
Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Create engaging content for social media channels that reflects the brand’s voice and tone
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets for social media channels
Monitor social media trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest social media developments
Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide regular reports to management
Work with customer service teams to manage customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels
Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure that the brand’s social media presence remains relevant and engaging
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior members of the social media team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of success
Experience managing multiple social media accounts for a brand
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
