We are looking for an experienced full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for a health and wellness company based in the US that focuses on providing supplements to address gut health and mental wellness.

Job Details:

• Conducting Quality Assurance on the website and documents to check for necessary bugs and fixes
• Preparing and analyzing reports as required
• Collaborate with the client to ensure that the client is delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines and stellar administrative and Back-End support
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of demonstrated ability to provide a detailed level of Administrative and Back-End Support (focusing on Quality Assurance)
• Preferably someone that is good at using Excel and is comfortable with numbers
• A tech savvy and someone who is comfortable managing different CRMs and Technical Tools applicable for the business Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, etc.
• Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours a week or more supporting clients following PST Timezone
• Preferably someone that is Very Proactive and Always Willing to Learn
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both orally and in writing
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices
• Passionate and Displays a Strong Work Ethic
