We are looking for a Survey Analyst to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate develops and implements surveys in SurveyMonkey. Furthermore, teammate ensures accurate reporting on the survey results via dashboards and presentations.

The Role

• Develop, launch, and monitor surveys in SurveyMonkey
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations about the survey results
• Answer ad-hoc reporting questions
• Track provider response rates
• Follow-up with participants in filling out surveys
• Draft survey questions
• Create social media graphics and edit videos
• Manage the content calendar via HootSuite
• Automate processes and reports

The Requirements

• Has in-depth experience in creating and implementing surveys on a survey platform
• Has proficient to advanced experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and report generation
• Advanced experience in SurveyMonkey using it for at least 3 years
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Proficient in PowerBI and other similar tools
• Proficient in Canva and other similar tools
• Preferably can do social media graphics and video editing
• Should be keen to details, highly organized, has strong analytical skills, proactive, responsive, and complete deliverables on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
